The 1816 year is extremely rare in mint state with only two examples graded — with the PCGS MS67 as a stunning outlier. The few few ungraded mint state examples at auction have hammered for EUR10k+.

Year 1821 last a lowest mintage of any year (~17k). That mintage is further split between rulers as Vittorio Emmanuel I abdicated and was replaced by Carlo Felice in March 1821. Presumably, most of the coins that year feature Carlo Felice on the obverse.

Only a few examples are known in mint state. [##Pending - the story behind the change in the reverse vs. 1816-1820]

Even in AU58, this year sells at auctions for over EUR20k hammer (Gadoury Oct 2024).
